      Loan experience was fine but when I over paid the final payment they created a bank account and put my funds in it and provided no way of accessing it.. They then started charging me a $7 per month dormant account fee so to basically steal my money. Greedy

      Never have I heard of a bank that you can’t pay loan ahead! I’m old fashion and paid ahead my whole life BUT not with this ridiculous bank. SO I’m aloud to pay one month but if received before 15th it goes to principal. Next I get a late notice 5 days late, Called and was scolded that this will be last time they’ll reverse issue.plus she said doesn’t matter what my coupon date says as I mailed. WHAT??? You’ll get charged $10 pay by phone AND forget about opening account with this bank( total science project) And one last insult to them is I had to use sissors to cut each month’s statement which was a mile long when mailed out yearly. I never had problems like this and about done with this bank!! Paying it off and I’m sure I’ll get scammed somehow. Organized bill payer who’s DONE!!!
