A month late--- but if I could give Paul 10,000 stars, I totally would. My husband and I moved to Louisiana from North Carolina, and had a 'for sale by owner' home we were wanting (and bought). Neither the sellers or us used real estate agents, which did add some stress upon to my husband and I. After dealing with another broker out of state who knew absolutely nothing about the Rural Development program, we found Paul who from that point on made the entire process a walk in the park. Paul continuously walked us through what steps we were taking, what all the documents meant we were signing, what some of verbiage meant (first time home owners over here), and kept constant and consistent communication with us whenever he had updates to give or answers to all of our many questions. Paul seriously treated us like we were his family, and got us an AMAZING mortgage which we are over the moon about. Anytime anyone asks us about our home, Paul's name always comes up. I recommend him to anyone a million times over!!
