DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! For YEARS, Paul Carbonari has ignored my phone calls and literally not done his job. I was in a minor fender bender recently and called him several times to get more information…it’s been 2 months and still haven’t gotten a call back. Not even a call back after I threatened to cancel my policy. This has gone on for years. He is incompetent, unprofessional, and unreliable. Frankly, he doesn’t care about his job or his clients. His office, along with American Family Insurance, is an absolute joke.
