      My husband and I have bought and sold and refinanced several times and we’re apprehensive about changing our normal “go to” mortgage guy…. We relocated out of state and we’re in need. We were referred to Paul at Cross County and we grateful that we were!! Paul was very attentive to our needs and extremely easy to get in touch with. He knew our timing, budget and concerns and everything he did was structured in light of these things. Paul worked with our agent to ensure a smooth transition and even reached out to the sellers agent to assure her we were well qualified. He offered ideas and suggestions on ways to handle the rising interest rates and even helped us lock in the lowest rate when it dropped briefly (hasn’t been this low since). I have recommended Paul to several others and will continue to use him for all of our mortgage needs.

      Paul and his team were amazing. Great communication throughout the entire process of buying our home. We had to go over asking price due to multiple offers and between Paul and my Realtor Craig I felt extremely comfortable doing so but knowing I wasn't paying too much. Appraisal still came in over our offer just as they said it would based off doing their homework on the market comps. Extremely happy with Paul's attentiveness as he made us feel like we were his only clients. Highly recommend Paul and his team if you are looking for a Mortgage Loan.
