  The 4TH ST location is by far the worse Pawn shop I've ever been to. I've never seen customer service so bad before... now to what happened. I go in to extend my loan on the very last day of course because I almost forgot. I found out the hard way that I lost my license but had a picture of front and back which I just renewed last month so it definitely looked like me. I was told I could not renew my 30$ loan because the picture wouldn't count as valid ID. after an altercation with the adsociate I asked to speak to a manager at which point the guy said he was the manager and then later backtracked when I asked who was above him and finally admitted he was not the manager at all. After a 30 minute argument about paying this loan and extending it, not getting it out or anything just simply extending. I was finally able to do it after going to my car and getting an expired driving PERMIT from 2013! My my up-to-date drivers license photo wasn't valid. At one point I was told that they did not have to let me renew it. On top of it all he refused to give me the managers name, his own name and a complaint, and throughout the entire thing kept repeatedly saying "I don't get why you want to talk to a manager." It was overall one of the worst experiences I've had with a person being payed to do a service. Really hope more training is put in place for that associate and save your time and sanity... go to a different Pawn shop.
