My most recent experience with Pawn 1 was absolutely fantastic. I purchased an item that was in great condition this past Friday. Later that night I was hit with an emergency bill that completely rocked my budget. Saturday morning I had to return the item and was able to recieve my money back quickly and easily with no hassle or complaints. The gentleman I spoke to was understanding, professional and a generally awesome individual. He helped me turn a depressing and embarrassing situation into a great start to my Saturday. I will most definitely be returning in the future, if nothing else, because of this employee. Thank you!

My husband bought me a new wedding ring for Christmas, the next day we took it to Zales in the mall, to have it resized. In the 3 weeks that Zales had my ring, two diamonds went missing. They wanted to charge us over $500 for the missing stones, that I have pics of IN the ring. They were not missing prior to us dropping it off. We went back to pawn one, explained what happened and they only charged us 15% above their cost to have the diamonds replaced and the ring resized. Their customer service us impeccable, and I will never go to another "nation wide" jewelry store without talking to Pawn One first.
