      I had to pawn my oculus quest 2 for a little extra money a little while back and was greeted by Lauren. She was amazingly helpful and very thorough through the process. I went back in to pay my bill today and was greeted again with great customer service. Both Lauren and Mac helped me out and made the experience very fast and easy.
