Just a friendly heads up about an experience I had. If you get a loan, ONLY give them what is listed on your receipt! My expectation that I'd be able to pay off the loan and get the item back was incorrect. But even though I got a loan on ONLY my Nintendo Switch... but after I didn't pay the loan off... well it's sad to say, but even though I've been a customer there for years now, they kept the Nintendo Switch console obviously, but also my carrying case, console grip, headphones and even a physical game cartridge I'd left in the case as well. I was disappointed to say the least.

We aren’t quite sure what you are trying to say Ben, but if you don’t pay the loan off, the items expire and get placed on the sales floor. We do have an app, text and phone call reminders, and give you a pawn slip to keep track of your dates. We even have a grace-period where we always hold your items 30-days past your due date. If payments aren’t made to keep the loan current, the loan defaults. We believe you understand that since you have been a customer for several years now.
