I went in there to pawn my laptop and the guy who I was speaking with was extremely rude. He looked up the serial number and tried to offer me 75 dollars for a laptop that is worth well over that. The gpu in the computer is with more than that. He then went on to tell me that what is inside the computer doesn’t matter which is literally what makes up the price of the computer and tried to tell me that it was out dated and not sold anymore. It was an HP Envy, ryzen 5 with integrated graphics, 8 gb of ddr4 ram, and hat a tb hdd. I wasn’t even upset at the price he gave me for it but he didn’t want to hear what I had to say and was very rude. I can’t speak for all the employees the guy I spoke to was extremely rude.
