  Tomorrow will bring the end of a seven-year long productive and great business relationship at this particular location. It must come to an end due to some obvious personal hangups or unjustified opinions of myself from an employee As I understand. My point of this review is not to talk bad about anyone but I will make it a point to let everybody know that even if you have an awesome business that you built from the ground up it only takes one employee with a nasty attitude and a racist heart to end such a seven-year relationship beneficial to everyone. This is exactly what’s going on with me right now and truth be told I was in tears because of it. It is my understanding that the Store manager who I’m not sure if he even knows me or not has decided to end my business relationship with Pawn King on the opinion of myself from this particular employee who I very seriously believe is racist to her heart.

  At Pawn King we take great pride in the diversity of our staff, and the community we serve. We hold equality to be paramount in all of our business, so when we get word that something might not be right we of course fully investigate by reviewing audio and video from the store, and interviewing the people who worked on the day in question. This being said, with decorum and your privacy in mind, we won’t discuss your account standing or item specifics here, but we do not understand where race would have come into the situation.
