      Poor customer service. Walked in no greeting, staff sitting in front of computer look upset and angry. I asked a question and was given a short reply with no desire to help (expected someone to stand up and maybe provide some service). Left very disappointed old ownership from the 90s and early 2000s was 100xs better.

      As you walk in expect a hello but after that one can expect poor customer service and less than average company policies. Witch will leave any new Comer to the state wanting to look at my firearms (legally) reduced to window shopping. Once they saw my Nebraska license and heard my New Zealand accent they treated me with a highly skeptical attitude. Even after my credentials are switched to AZ, I'll not be spending my money here. Very disappointing.
