Horrible shop. Rude management. Overpriced items. Not sure why anyone would shop for anything at this place when you have Craigslist, OfferUp or EBay. If you are going to go to a pawn shop, check out Olde Towne where they are fair, polite and reasonable.

The owner does not work behind the counter here so I do not know who you spoke with and cannot speak directly to that. In regards to our pricing, we use eBay completed/sold item listings as a method to value our items both when they come into our store for loan and again before an item goes out for sale. We have been using this pricing method for years. For items that are on the shelf longer than 30 days, we offer 15%, 20%, and 30% off discounts. We do our best to offer competitive pricing while also trying to meet our customer’s needs. Our goal is to have the best pawn shop in Ventura. Please feel free to contact me directly anytime.
