Pin my review!! First I called in and Kat answered as professional as can be and instead of just saying “NO” she gave me the confidence to bring my item in and let them check it out. Also, she heard my stress and I knew she was a genuine person because she gave me some words of confidence without knowing me or my story! When I came in an hour before close it was packed and Kat walked right over to me after finishing her business. I was greeted by an awesome employee who started right away engaging me in conversation about my item. David one of the managers came and spoke to me and really took his time to listened and not just quick to tell me what I had or didn’t have. I Felt welcomed from the walk in. They listened to me and saw the value in my item and was able to make a fair deal to me! I feel blessed I stopped in here and saw Kat and David. Come in here be honest and willing to work a fair deal they will meet you where they can. Thank you for doing what you all did for me and allowing me to be myself during a very stressful time in my life. I’ll see you all soon. 🙏🏽
