      Have been long-standing customer of PCU, generally dealing with the East Providence branches, but decided yesterday to go to the Smithfield Ave., branch for convenience reasons. I will never return for many reasons. First, the customer corral was set-up in the opposite direction, which was disorienting. Then one of the tellers stood up in the customer area saying she could help me. I asked her "from where?" Said she was working the drive thru window, and could help me. I waited to go to a real telller.I Made a small withdrawal, and ending up leaving most of it behind. Just a really frustrating experience.

      Traded in my car and had an automatic payment withdraw funds from my account. Making the deership over pay for my new vehicle so now I have money in limbo that I can't seem to get back because there's no way to speak to an actual human being.
