      They use to be great, but over the years they have grown and their customer service at their branches have become terrible. In Cranston there is banker who has terrible attitude. He always make you feel like you are asking to much and he pretends he is always doing you a favor by helping you. He was always make a snark remark, such as 'I should charge you for this, but I am not going too.' In Smithfield, the tellers will tell you what you need instead of you telling them. I had to get each page of a statement stamped and sign. I was specifically told each page had to be signed by broker and had to fight because teller only want to sign front page because she must of been to busy with zero people in line behind me.
