  Staff is always nice, considerate and friendly. They know most people by their face. Their interest rates on a two week loan are fair and reasonable. Great place to go if you need a little cash until your next pay check comes in.

  Do yourself a favor and go to the other cash advance place right down the road! This place opens late, closes for Hour and a half lunch breaks and then they leave early. Then when they do decide to work they are generally rude and act as if you are bothering them. My husband called to complain about them never being there but the lady who takes extra long lunches and “forgets” to unlock the door is also the so called management. After he complained about how they operate they told us we can no longer go there for a loan.Heaven forbid they be expected to work the hours displayed on the door. I don’t like to complain a lot but I don’t see how they stay in business.

  Bad experience ...loan was due on Friday. They were closed by time I got off work Friday I drove to the store.... closed...Saturday drove to the store. Says their open till 1... they weren't. Sunday closed Monday morning I called no answer left a voicemail. Called back at 1 no answer left a voicemail. Called Tuesday no answer. I call again today on my day off intentions of driving there cause every other day I'm at work b4 they open and their closed by time I'm off. Someone finally answered I spoke with the lady she said we'll we were closed sat due to the weather . I understand where ur coming from. But u have to speak with my manager. I said OK she said I'll have her call u when she gets in here n a few. So hours later still no call....I call back finally a manager I explained my side let her kno I stopped by called numerous times and left voicemails. She informed me she has had no missed calls or voicemails from me and in fact the store was open on Saturday she knows cause she was there.... this makes no sense. She did indeed cash my check and overdraft my bank account. I made every attempt to pay this loan even said on the voicemail if it were allowed I'd have someone else come pay it. Just so the check wasn't cashed. She said she never got that message. I took the $ out of the account Friday night to pay it n haven't had a chance to put it back in. So yes when she cashed the check it overheated. Lady said u must have been calling the wrong # I said we'll I'm talking to u today on that wrong #. She lied to cover her ass in why she decided she needed to cash my check . I would never recommend this place to anyone. People in north Vernon be warned. Bad place to do business.
