  I have been to the York paycheck advance store several times in the last few years and have never had any problems until recently. Doreen has been rude not only to myself but to my employer as well. She is snobby, rude, and down right disrespectful over the phone. And she's even worse when having to deal with her in person. Being a person who works with the public on a daily basis I expect the same respect I give my customers. I am amazed at her lack of customer service skills. In my personal opinion she is not a person that should be working in a public setting. I hope to not have this problem in the future.

  Doreen has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. She is down right disrespectful. I have dealt with her myself as well as my employees. She has called my business phone looking for employees and when I ask who is calling she yelled at me saying its a personal matter, none of my business. I asked again and she reiterated herself. If you call a business phone then obviously its not that personal. At least tell me who it is. Extremely disrespectful.
