  They have called me 2-3 times within the last 2-3 years saying I owe them money! The first time I talked to them I was weary of what they wanted. They second time I was trying to ask them questions since they had all of my info and I confirmed it and I wanted to know when the loan was opened and who and how much and what I didn’t pay. They didn’t want to give me much info and was being extremely rude said that I “fraudulently” took out a loan and didn’t pay it. They gave me the last numbers of the bank account it was deposited into and I called my bank on three way with them. My bank informed that I had NEVER had a bank account ending in that number. The gentleman said he would investigate and get back with me. I never heard from them again until now and they called my husbands phone telling him they would let the attorney know that I fraudulently put his number down and his info. My husband called me and my husband has not had his number long. Well this gentleman was worse than the other one. He kept telling me I was going to court and that I was committing fraud and I opened an account with them while working at Great CLIPS in 2012! I stopped him I said sir, that can’t be possible because I have only worked at Great Clips since April 2016. I didn’t enroll into beauty school until August 2014. He said, well I’m just saying someone may have used your info.

  Fraudulent Company avoid them. I never heard of them until called threatening to have me arrested.This company claims that I took out a loan with them which I did not on a bank account that was closed for almost a year. They tried claiming they deposited the money in them and I made 1 payment from it. Not possible. The bank confirmed no such activity and had them give me all statements since had the bank account. They threatened to have me a rested for fraud and were nasty and abusive daily. Refused to listen or accept me sending in the bank proof.They said it was $400 loan amount and wanted $815 with fees to avoid court. The had an old address from years ago but my birthdate, ss number and my new cell phone number. They claimed tgat number was on loan but not possible because it's a newer numbet. They claim the loan was from 2014 and 2 years later decided to collect and contact me. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and PA Attoney Generals Office.
