      There really is no other way to say it, these ladies saved the day! When no one else cared they did... when no one else saw that there was room for exception, they did! They were comforting, were informative and set expectations as all good custom service specialist should do! It really challenges me that companies do not take pride in making sure that their customers are treated with care! It is almost as if this specialty is obsolete but these ladies reassured me that no matter the size or who the competitors are; nothing beats great customer service, where the intent is to listen, observe and take care of their customer as humans with real lives and real situation ms!
