  They do not have the capability to accept payments via card or ach withdrawal. You have to go into the store and make payments. Also they do not help veterans or people with disability income. They require a full arsenal of personal information such as proof of income, 4 relatives and friends, your landlords phone number, your rental agreements( original not a copy), bank statements, a deposit slip from your bank ( go into your bank and get one not a pdf form), award letters( they still question award letters even though the government provides it) , drivers license ( they won't accept it fo your address is not updated) two utility bills with an address in Escondido ( if you live in Oceanside they will not accept. Too far for them to collect. Also the staff not very knowledgeable on the process so you might be there a couple hrs and after everything gets verified in 2 the owner will call you to let you know they wasted your time and to go down the street to payday advance who also has one star rating.

  By far the worst place to try and get a loan. Was there almost 2 hrs. I am disabled veteran just out of the military and provided 100% documentation that they required but since I have multiple addresses they used that as an excuse to not provide a loan. They also asked me to provide extra information when I arrived(after talking on the phone with the service rep to make sure I had all documents) that I did not bring with me. I received a call from the VP just to tell me they cannot provide the loan. They also tried to say my VA benefits letter was not real. I will be reporting this company to the bbb. Total waste of time and gas ⛽ 😒
