  Ben, Walter, and the Paymun team helped us sell our condo in Castro Valley. Working with them was a great experience and My wife and I have been recommending them to anybody who needs real estate services, ever since. They provided a realistic view of our options from the getgo, and when we followed their suggestions they delivered on their projections. They were very patient with us and helped us in any way they could while we were not always responsive in our communications, and in providing the required documents in a timely manner, due to our living circumstances. They are the best at what they do, and working with them is a privilege.

  I bought my house with Ben and his team and they were on top of everything. The process was smooth and seamless. Ben researched the property and his team spent hours with the county, finding some nuisance information to help me decide if I wanted to buy. After I bought the house they continued to help me for months with all the small things. They are wonderful communicators. Their integrity is so refreshing!

  Hello everyone, I am about to share everything you need to know about Paymun Inc./ Ben & his team! As I am supper busy like many of you, I don’t often take time to write long reviews like this and usually send gifts, flowers etc. to thank someone for a great service I receive. After 12 years of doing business (buying, selling, refinancing, renting and now building my dream home with Mr. Ben Zarrin at Paymun Inc.), I believe now is the time to share with everyone the experience I had with him so far and more to look forward to. Bahadour (Ben), bought my very first condo in US when I moved here from Europe only after 2 years, then 2 years later he refinanced my home and got me LOC when I was enjoying my vacation in Malaysia as I knew I am in a very capable hand. Now 12 years later he is helping me build my dream home and I am so excited about it and will for sure share all the pictures after it’s done. He is wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He is down to earth, an amazing father of 3 beautiful girls, a great listener who is a combination of professionalism, honesty and kindness. He really cares about his clients; take time and he is one of those sharp individuals that always finds a solution to match your needs and budgets. He knows his community and neighborhood not just (Lamorinda) but also Bay very well. He explains everything in a way that is easy to understand from making the offer, to working with other agents, mortgage brokers and city when building homes and getting permits fast. I went to his new office yesterday and loved the environment, very clean and beautiful office set up. Very professional, welcoming and nice team, who all care about their clients and Ben trains them frequently so they are always updated with what’s going on in the market and they know every single client personally and professionally. At the same time Ben and his team were working on my offer, Eisha his wonderful agent was working to rent my current home (took her only 10 days) and the rest of his team were working and planning my new home design. Ben is great to work for (I can tell from the way he treats his team) and work with (as I have done all kind of real estate business, refi, LOC, and now building my dream home with him) and I highly recommend Ben and his cohesive team to anyone who has a busy life and certain budget like I do, and or simply like to go to a “One Stop Real Estate Shop” and be confident that someone is there to work for you and make your dreams come true. Ben, I think I just found a new slogan for your Business (lol) 😉 “One Stop Real Estate Shop”.
