      I had to come on here and write about my experience dealing with Payomatic. I had initially visited the Classon Ave location and the woman who worked there was so unbelievably nasty and rude. I have never experienced such poor customer service. It was so bad that I ended up going to a different location on Washington Ave in hopes of some sort of resolution. I was warmly greeted by Tia, who expeditiously helped me (which ended up being a small fix) and completely turned a negative experience into an extremely positive one. I’m so grateful to know that some good people still exists in this world. Thank you again Tia!
