      This financial institution refused to deposit a check for me simply because they had never heard of the check issuer. The people are honest but the customer service is horrible. Fortunately I went to a reputable bank to resolve my case. The reputable bank searched a nationwide database to verify the check. PBK Bank does deserve one star because they are upfront with their poor customer service. I quickly realized that this financial institution is inadequate. So I was ablable to move on to a bank that is capable of meeting my banking needs.
