I used this bank for quite a while but had alot of trouble with payments and charges coming out of my account more than once. Sometimes delays on deposits seemed unreasonably long which has caused overdrafts to happen. Staff never seemed interested in actually listening to your concern and trying to fix any problem you have. What seemed to be a bad attitude like you messed up it's your problem. I guess I couild have just caught an employ on a bad day which I completely understand. But with a business you are supposed to leave your problems at the door and work towards the goals of your customers.... But this may not be all the time, just happened to be what I experienced a few times when I went to them to try to get them to correct what I was dealing with as a problematic situation..
