      I've been going here for years and everyone is beyond helpful. They know you and address you by name. They will call you if they notice that accounts are coming due. Once when I was stuck in the city with no money in my checking account and I was in desperate need of cash to get my car out of a lot, one of the customer service girls called and got authorization from corporate to transfer money into my empty account from another account so that I could get my car. . She called me to let me know the transaction had gone through and really saved me that day. PCSB is really one of the best banks around.

      It’s 5pm on Friday and I called and their hours say till 6pm. It also says it on their door. This is absolutely ridiculous.
