Where do I start to keep this short? The rep never responded to my question on fees, asked twice but ignored both times. The firm rushed our application to the bank without doing any due diligence on eligibility or possibility of getting the loan based on co's financials. Both my wife's and my credit files were affected and we didn't get $100k we were requesting on low net profit grounds. When the fees issue was escalate,d the sup stepped in to assist and that's the only reason they are getting 2 stars, else this company should receive 0 stars from our experience. In response to the owner - Subilal was the rep, Daniel was the supervisor who stepped in and tried to assist. Two takeaways from this issue: 1) be upfront on the fees when asked, 2) do your own due diligence before submitting the paperwork to the bank. Lesson learned here is that both my wife and I have more than 800 credit score but that still didn't help us secure the SBA loan we were hoping for and not to mention the time wasted in the process.
