      We had an issue with our card being stolen. I talked with the main branch and they really helped me out and we got everything straightened out.

      Service is good but not being able to call directly to the local branch is a 15 - 20 min pain and waste of my time.

      Why can't we call our local branch?? Call the 855 number go through a recording then press the prompt for local branches then the same recording by a different voice. A 1 or 2 minute question now turns into a 15 to 20 minutes of pain.
