  I came from Florida so is my bank I looked online came across this bank walked right in and was able to get my money right away friendly staff and able to help with little or nothing thank you 🙏🏾

  I need to come today to attend to business, This Panola branch is closest to me. But on three occasions I had bad experiences with the same teller the older lady( brown skinned) has a very ugly demeanor. ( even in the pandemic) My inside visit was great! But I have two small boys with me. So I go out of my way, to the Gwinnett branch.because I’ve always had nothing but pleasant visits with the others locations. Wish I was sure not to deal with her because there’s only 4 miles to the Panola exit for me. But she came to mind first and it makes it not worth coming to that one.

  The worst experience in banking I have ever had. Moved my banking relationship over and then had to get my mortgage, my car loan, business loan, credit card and line of credit elsewhere because they could not do it. Not sure if they are even in the business of lending or helping their customers but will collect fees for everything. Have paid more fees with this credit union than any other bank in my life. Wish I could give zero stars for their bait and switch marketing that leads you to joining. Save your money and time and stick with real banks.
