      We've used Peak Financial and Grant three times (2 new home purchases and 1 refi) and I would highly recommend them. Each time Grant has made the process easy, seamless and smooth. He always provides a detail report about your loan, that shows every little item you're paying for. I have never seen any other lender provide something even close to this level of detail. Grant has also always been timely in his responses, even responding or assisting on the weekends when something is urgent, always available to answer questions or assist with any last minute issues that arise. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Grant and appreciated how stress-free he has made this process for us each time.
