Complete cons. Paid an auto loan off early so they owed me for the extra on the life insurance of the loan. They contacted me about it. I get them all the necessary paperwork showing the payoff date. The paperwork shows a 0 balance of June last year, the last line just shows the day i had it printed to send to them (March this year also showing 0.00) Arguing that that is now the end date and their "auditors" wouldn't accept it as being before the cutoff of 01/06/22 even though it shows 0.00 since June. Waste of my time.

The biggest joke I ever seen. Please don’t waste your time with a company that doesn’t respect you as a customer. I’ve had nothing but hassles from pekin insurance.They literally go through farmers insurance you might as well buy a policy direct from farmers insurance and get amazing service, no extra ba you have to deal with, no hassle, and real respect.
