      I think the pandemic has created staffing challenges for every single business, and the Pelican Credit Union in Covington is still providing excellent customer service with a great team of warm and friendly and wonderful staff. I appreciate getting greeted by name when I walk in their lobby - it’s the best bank in Covington.

      Covington branch was very helpful and so nice ! We brought out 3yr old in and they were so sweet to her she always wants to go inside! They go out of their way to call you and email you if you have any questions or concerns.
