I have been a member of PSCU since 1980. My have we grown. It was so nice and convenient to go from Metairie to Slidell to conduct a transaction that no bank in Metairie would perform. I had ten US savings that had matured and wanted to cash them. Thank you to Dee Scott, Branch Manager and her staff for the most gracious and helpful service. A true pleasure....

This has to be the worst bank in the history of banks !! I would never recommend this place for anything !! Probably couldn't properly set up a loan on a bicycle

During Ida, I was so bogged down with stress an anxiety with my hometown being hit by the eye of the storm, I didn't pay attention to my account and bought many preparation supplies. We had no generator or any kind of power source so we bought a camping battery pack too. Big purchases. My mortgage pulled and overdraft protection kicked in but Pelican refunded my fee and I am so grateful. My paycheck came in and I am back on my feet. Thanks Pelican.
