      My family and I moved here a year ago. I applied for an account last August. I sent over everything they needed to open an account here. Almost a year later and still have yet to hear back.

      My overall experience with this bank has been good besides for one big problem. This 4th of July weekend I ended up with a fraudulent charge on my card, completely locking up my account. Now normally this issue wouldnt be to hard to handle but since Penair has not been open since Saturday I believe, I have been stuck without being able to access a penny of my own money. Im sure anyone could understand how almost three days now without money for you and your family would really bother you. So while all the Penair employees had some long 4th of July weekend off, me and my two sons ages 6 and 2 sat at home not able to even put gas in the car to go visit family. Something needs to be fixed about this issue, this is not the first time this has happened and everytime it does happen its at the worst time possible.
