      I’m not reviewing this location. I’m reviewing Pen Fed. In order to learn about auto financing on line with them and get an IDEA about rates they offer you have to fill out all your personal information including your social. Most institutions will give you a range if you state your credit score and tell you it’s an estimate until they run your score. Well after 1 email and two phone calls during working hours not one return email and they never picked up the phone or returned the call. For an institution that you finance something through it’s important to be able to communicate with them. So buyer beware. They may have a great rate but ZERO customer service. Shop elsewhere.
