      Super slow service Bartow location and after waiting 15 mins with 4 Workers behind desk No notary service available I should've went to TD Hey PenFed All branches should have a notary on site Period Sincerely Long time customer

      I have never dealt with such ignorance and incompetence in my life. I totalled my car on 12/3 and Geico has been unable to pay them for my car because they are unable to produce the perfected title. They kept MY insurance refund and put it towards the loan of THE TOTALLED CAR! Now I'm getting threatening letters that they need proof of insurance or they'll add it to my loan at my cost... the car that I NO LONGER HAVE!! So here I am, still with no car 3 months after the wreck, because of their utter incompetence. AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION!!
