  We are very happy with Penn and would highly recommend him to others. We purchased a primary home for our retirement through him without even having to see it in person. As a substantial investment and to purchase something from afar, we needed someone who not only we could trust but who also genuinely cared and understood what we wanted. Penn worked with us all along the way. He took the time to understand what we were interested in and was diligent in highlighting properties to us that would fit our needs. His video walkthroughs were excellent. He gave great commentary on the interior, exterior, and the neighborhood, pointing out the good points and those areas that may need attention. He has great local knowledge and insight. He is sincere and candid, and really wanted to provide us with as much information to make sure we were comfortable with the property before making any offers. The transaction went smoothly, and he was very prompt and up to date on anything that needed to be taken care of on our end, such as inspection signoffs, etc. There is nothing we could say about him that would improve or enhance his help to us, he is the complete package. And lastly his two assistants (his two young sons) that appeared in the background of many of the video walkthroughs added a great human feel to the videos. Thank you Penn.

  when I found Penn Henderson on google online, I was impressed when he wanted to meet me within an hour. We met and he introduced me to his Broker, Mike. Penn Henderson A 5 star realtor from Nexthome reality, listen to me for 15 minutes without interruption with my wish to sell my property. He was very trustworthy and honest. we created a business relationship. I told him he will be my Realtor. I will not never let any one destroyed that relationship. When he listed my property, Penn called me, he had a lot of inquires on that first day. A potential buyer within four days. Penn and I talked immediately on the phone and I asked his opinion about the sell. he was direct and honest with me. He disclosed everything about the property to the buyers. Penn and I agreed to sell. He mentioned to the potential buyers my property had squatters and a bad bad caretaker that destroyed the house and put wrecked cars on my property. We listed the property "AS IS". Penn Henderson, produced an aerial drones of the property with its location, streets and how far the property was the the ocean. He did a 20 minutes documentary on video of the agriculture on 5 acres. thu bush e agriculture is beautiful. GREAT JOB PENN !!!. The property finally reached closing of escrow.
