I went to get a document notarized. Bank teller notified person that I was there. They were on the phone on a personal call about remodeling something for them. I was in sight of this person & yet ignored as they continued talking away. After over 5 min. and no sign of call ending, I went up to the teller and informed her I couldn't wait for the person to finish with their remodeling plans. The tellers were all aware of this blatant behavior by the woman. I drove another 10 miles to the next branch for fast & courteous service. Shame on her in Carbondale branch!
