      Absolutely great! I closed my loan in the time frame I was told we were going to do this. Everybody was Polite, Prompt, & Professional... There are so many lenders out there... But for all you U.S. Military Veterans.... I say give them a try! I'm an USAF Military Veteran and they helped me get into my home. When it comes down to it... Would I recommend Penny Mac? .... Without a doubt! Thanks Penny Mac!

      I've been a customer of PennyMac for about 3-4 years now. After changing my homeowners insurance in September 2019, PennyMac double charged my escrow account for $1019. The first payment should have gone out to my new insurance company and it did. But, the second random charge never actually left PennyMac's organization and here I am spending countless hours tying to resolve this so I can get my money back. The money never left the company, it simply disappeared into PennyMac limbo. I'm very disappointed with the company right now. PennyMac, if you're reading this, please feel free to contact me. You have my information.
