      We just got done with a refi. Even with the strange place we find ourselves in with stay-at-home orders, the process went as quickly as one in regular times. Questions were answered within a 24 hr period, and the notary they sent for all the closing documents was efficient and prompt.

      Lack of communication, unprofessional, inexperienced. Although, my credit score was 735 they wanted a proof of 8 years of continuous pay when I yelled at them over the phone they reduced it to 3 then when I told them that I got a WAY BETTER OFFER than what they're offering, they denied the loan and in their statement they said credit Dealing with them was a headache, unrealistic documents, and good luck reaching out to them Complete waste of time

      This mortgage lender is horrible. Worst customer service, if you can ever get through to them. They handled my refinance and it was a mess. No communication what do ever. By the end of it, my original escrow money, which was supposed to be refunded to me, just disappeared. Be very careful if using this lender.
