  Working with Robert Tanferani in Woodinville was excellent. As a first time home buyer who was going through a for sale by owner deal he answered every question I had. Robert was patient, responsive and really worked to go over all my options and helped me feel confident with the choice I made. This market is difficult and as a single buyer I had so many hesitations and worries about the process, but his easy going confident nature made me feel more confident that we wouldn't have any issues, and that I would be able to get what I needed. This process was long and he was there every step of the way checking in and making sure he was available as soon as I needed him, he worked diligently to get me to the finish line. I would recommend him to any family or friend looking for someone to work with. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

  I worked with Jennifer Burton for our first home purchase and she was excellent to work with. She expertly navigated us through the process with a VERY quick turn around on pre-approvals, and a close date that moved up in timeline. She patiently answered all of my questions and was very communicative throughout the process. We knew exactly what was happening and why every step of the way.
