      The worst customer service ever! I've been on hold for 3 business days and they never return calls! Shouldn't be this difficult to speak to a live person regarding your money, especially when the matter is urgent! HORRIBLE!

      Currently have a 401k from a previous employer with these folks. The customer service is horrendous and the process to withdraw your money is back from 1990. I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend these folks for employees or for employers

      Customer service is poor. Cannot reach anyone on 800 line. Hold times extremely long. Accomplished goal but never received confirmation email which led to unnecessary stress.
