      Some of the tellers are great and very nice to me every time I see them but there are a few who are very rude and unprofessional. I didn't understand why other people were saying that they are rude but now I know why. They act like you are a burden for using your bank services which is the point of having a bank account. I think they need to retrain them on how to be professional and courteous to their customers but not all of them need that there are some who are very nice. The one who works at the drive though is very unprofessional and the same thing has been said about it from other people who have left reviews. I liked the bank because it is right next to my house but I don't know if I'm going to keep my account with them I don't like being talked to like I'm not important enough to be nice to
