      2 week holds on checks Debit card doesn't work ATM is broken Customer service is horrible. New bank statements available Tellers repeatedly ask for full social security number

      Horrible customer service They will ask you for your full social security number if you ask why they hang up. I would assume it's because the teller wants to use it for fraud. The people in the branch are horribly rude too. Interest rates are the worst possible.
