Wanted to open a personal savings account with my boyfriend so that we could try to save for a house, I tried to do it online because my work hours conflict with their hours of operation and I waited too long during the account opening process and it timed out (this was after business hours), the very next day I receive a call from a very helpful employee stating that they received my account application and they were eager to help me out. I was able to schedule a time to come in (close to closing time) and Shelby, one of the employees was able to help get my boyfriend and I set up. I felt bad that we came at such a late time but she assured me that it was okay and was very friendly and personable with us. The manager, Kelsey was also a huge help as my online application had caused a little trouble due to my own error. Great experience through and through! I love trusting my finances with a credit union as I am a self proclaimed “credit union girl” and the service here was other worldly EXCEPTIONAL! 10/10 WOULD recommend!

Extremely frustrating to deal with a very poorly maintained ATM machine. First it wouldn't read the cards from Credit Union One. So I ordered new cards and they still don't work. They work everywhere else! I just came up here after transferring money to a different account and today monetary withdrawals FROM AN ATM are unavailable.

Very unpleasant experience at at this Romeo Branch, unfriendly staff, non welcoming , bank tellers don't greet you with a smile, customer service I would rate at a zero rating if I could.. I'm not going to bank at a establishment like this taking my business elsewhere You should too!..
