      I love this bank !! Friendly ..no hidden fees ...and the website is user friendly. Kelly and Kim are my two favorites if you ever have an issue - see either one of them.

      Been a customer for 21 years (location is the only reason we have stayed). Very poor customer service, very poor fraud protection, badly organized. Take your money anywhere but here!

      Not very customer friends charge accounts without available funds and make you pay $30 fee even if the money is in the account same day. Limited locations and hours.
