We had an awesome experience with People First Home Buyers. We had our house on the market with an experienced real estate agent for several months w/ no luck (primarily due to the property being in a flood zone). We already had a contract on a new house and we didn’t want to lose it, so we went ahead and finalized the sale on the new one, despite our old one not selling. Thankfully, People First Home Buyers stepped in & offered to buy our house. We handed everything over to Jeff. He made some minor improvements & got the house sold. He quickly got us back down to 1 mortgage, which was a huge relief. The best part is that we didn't come out upside down on it! I highly recommend consulting with Jeff if you have any real estate problems.

Just wanted to share my awesome experience with Missouri Cash Buyers! Last year we had our house on the market with a highly-experienced real estate agent for 6 months with no luck. We also had multiple contracts fall through. Because we’d already put a contract on a new house, paid for various inspections, appraisal, etc. we decided to move forward with it, despite our old one not selling. He made some minor improvements and even fixed the furnace when it suddenly broke. got the house sold within 3 months.
