  People first is growing and this is their newest location. Needed to get to my check cashed and they were right down the road from my physical therapy. Cashiers were very pleasant.

  Please note that prior to the pandemic this location was my favorite and ideal as it is closest to me. This review is aimed at the overall service from People First as a buisness which has gone down hill. This review does not reflect solely on this branch. This location is not open though it says so when you look at it on Google. The company should be updating times and branch closures consistently. Out of all the other local branches it is also the only one that has been consistently closed throughout the pandemic and is never kept up to date. I guess it's my fault for foolishly believing it would be open as the representative I spoke to assured me this location was open, despite my concern it would be closed. So imagine my shock when I spent my lunch break driving to and from the branch without being able to attended to my business. There were several other people who arrived at the same time that were all equally annoyed and disappointed, as they too took the time to travel to this location on their lunch breaks. These branches should have direct lines to call, not just extensions to the employees within. They have a general call number but it never goes to a specific branch but to a call center of some sort. The hold times are also quite long and their website/app could use a serious update. I'm tired of the misinformation and inconsistency on a regular basis, time to look elsewhere.
