  Very customer oriented atmosphere. All the employees at the bank remember me and my family and ask about how my kids are doing. I get great service every time. It's a very popular branch so sometimes you have to wait in line for a little bit but the wait is worth it for the high quality customer service you recieve. They've had a few 'new hires' in the past year so i try to cut the new employees some slack because theyre still learning the system, but I have seen so much improvement with all of them. Each time I visit they get faster and better. Obviously no bank has a perfect system or perfect service 100% of the time but I can say it's honestly the best bank I've ever had. No matter what bank you go to patience is necessary. People are doing their jobs the best that they can and they try their very best to go above and beyond to help every customer at my branch. Would definitely recommend!

  Worst bank ever, spend more time on hold listening to push this number or that number. Spent 3 hours on hold trying to get back on my internet account only to find out I have to have a cell phone. Have not been able to access my online account sense April 3. Tried to transfer funds from my checking to pay my mortgage today, Was told there was a 47 minute wait. Sure miss my old bank where they answered the phone! Time to find another HOME town bank. Don't be misled, 2 of the 5 star reviews are for United Bank NOT Peoples United!
