      There are 3-Homeless people sleeping in the lobby Every night. Two are a couple, they are all on top of each other. The other is a guy, he will tell you to close the door, like you just entered his home! It's Disturbing to see and have to deal with. The Bank Employees are aware of this, they are ignoring it.

      I put in a wire transfer where I accidentally withdrew money instead of depositing money, which left me a negative balance. I was never notified of this and managed to catch it the next day. I got 5 overdraft fees, which were $37 each and 2 of them were $1.80 venmo charge. I worked with Glory Coleman who provided terrible customer service. Took 1 in person visit, 4 phone calls (2 of which were never returned), and an unanswered email to get told only refund 3 of 5 and that there was "nothing they could do." Been my bank for 5 years and always have a big positive net balance. Terrible experience from a mediocre bank. This is the final straw and take my business elsewhere immediately .
