      I agree, I would give them no stars if I could! I'm not a hard person to please, but I went there after 10 one morning and they were open, clerks sitting at their desks, but not assisting anyone in line (there were 3 other people before me). I waited until 10:20 when I had to leave to pick up my daughter in time. I don't know what they were or weren't doing, but it was beyond frustrating! If they at least explained the delay and apologized, it would've made the world of a difference!

      I would give it no stars at all if it was possible. Unless you speak Spanish, don't bother. Bank tellers spend endless time talking to customers when they see the long line of customers waiting. This branch needs an overhaul and a window designated for "no habla espanol". This is by far the worst branch in this area. Go somewhere else if you can.
